    Due to construction for the Old City Yard Stormwater project, NW Sixth Terrace, from NW Fourth Street to NW Fifth Street, will be closed beginning Monday, Aug. 19. NW Sixth Terrace is expected to reopen Friday, Aug. 30.

    The City of Ocala announces the completion of three public art projects. The projects were completed during summer 2019 and include the restoration of the Ocala Black History Mural, Bridging the Divide in Tuscawilla Park and Retro Reel at the Marion Theatre.

    In order to accommodate the relocation of a historic building, a road closure will be in place along SE Watula Avenue, from Fort King Street to SE Fifth Street, Sunday, Aug. 4. The road closure is expected to begin at 7 a.m. and should conclude by 3 p.m.
